Have your
child's "Gymtastic" Birthday Party at SPIRIT!
Our birthday parties are fun and structured and we do all of the work!
Sit back and relax while you enjoy watching your child and her/his friends be
entertained for 55 minutes by our highly qualified and trained staff members.
During this time, the kids are on the floor having fun with our obstacle course,
games, TumblTrak (trampoline), and parachute time.
After the activities are finished, it is PICTURE TIME when we hold a short
ceremony for the birthday child giving her/him a real gymnastics medal for being
the "#1 Gymnast of the Day"
After the fun activities, the kids can enjoy the goodies that you bring in our
party area that is supplied with tables, chairs, and tablecloth's.
And don't worry about cleaning up...we do that too!
And the best part is:
You are the only
party being held at that time!
Details
Parties are held on Saturdays at 1:30 and 3:30.
The 1:30 party must be filled first
before we schedule a 3:30 party.
We would
like to try to accommodate your needs. If you are interested in having a party
on a different day or time, please speak with someone at the front desk and we
will see what we can do.
Cost: $145 for up
to 12 children ~ a few more allowed at an additional fee of $5 per child.
$40
non-refundable deposit is required,
and remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the
party.

1:30-1:35 Introductions
1:35-1:50 Obstacle Course
1:50-2:05 Games
2:05-2:20 TumblTrak (Trampoline with safety net)
2:20-2:25 Parachute
2:25-2:30 PICTURE TIME - short ceremony for birthday
child
2:30-2:45 Cake and icecream (goodies brought by you)
2:45-2:55 Present time
2:55-3:00 Getting ready to go home and wishing the
birthday child a very happy birthday!
Party
Guidelines and suggestions:
**Any child
under the age of 4 MUST be accompanied by a guardian.**
*Party guests should wear a leotard or active wear type
clothing, and bare feet
*No skirts, dresses or blouses
*We reserve the right to ask a guest(s) to sit out for a portion of the
party if they are behaving in a manner that is unsafe or
inappropriate
*Adults and children who are not participating in the party are
NOT allowed on the gym floor. Birthday child's
parents are welcome on the floor to take pictures
*Do NOT allow siblings to play on the equipment or gym floor
*Don't bring a lot of food. The kids are usually too tired/excited to eat
too much
*Pizza may be brought in or delivered from local pizza shops
(We can make recommendations!
*Refrigerator and Freezer are available
*No glass containers
*We provide the tablecloths, but you may use your own themed ones
*Noisemakers are a bad idea. You will leave with a headache!
*Wait until guests are leaving to hand out Goodie Bags, otherwise
they will open them and lose stuff
*If you wish for your child to open his/her presents at our facility, please manage your
time appropriately. We suggest you begin opening while the guests are still eating.
*Don't forget candles, matches, a cake knife, & your camera &/or video camera.
*Instructor gratuities are appreciated but not included in
the cost.
