Summer Camp Registration Form

Spirit Fun & Fitness Camps are for girls and boys ages 5 — 10. These camps may include gymnasts within our SPIRIT programs and those who are not enrolled in our programs. The child will receive a day filled with crafts, recreational and fitness activities, and will include limited gymnastics and other sports training. This is a great start for the class gymnast to get ready for their Fall classes or those who desire fitness training in a fun environment. We focus on team work and positive re-enforcement as well as general physical training. Gymnasts bring their own lunch, drinks and snacks.

NON-SPIRIT MEMBERS

There is a $10 Registration Fee for Non-Spirit Team & Class Members (expires 8-31-10).

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DUE DATE

A $50 Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable** deposit is required for each camp. FINAL NON-DISCOUNTED PAYMENT FOR ANY CAMP IS DUE 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE CAMP YOU ARE ATTENDING. When the final and complete payment is made before the due date, you may deduct $5 from the published cost for the camp unless you qualify for the discounts above. Please add $10 to the camp tuition if you pay the balance for a camp after the start of the camp.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR CAMP TUITION AFTER MAY 31, 2010.

Super Team Camps
Super Team Camps are for gymnasts starting at Level 1, or who will be competing USA Gymnastics competitive Levels 1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 & 10 in the 2010-2011 season. The gymnast will receive professional instruction in all of the Olympic events and will include a dance class where they will work together to perform a dance for the parents at the end of each week. This camp is an intensive training camp. We focus on team work and positive reinforcement as well as teaching the skills necessary for the upcoming season and possibility one level higher. Gymnasts bring their own lunch, drinks and snacks. There is a $5.00 per day fee for after care until practice (no later than 5:00 PM) for campers under the age of 11.

Super Team Camp #1 ~ June 28-July 2 $365 9am-3pm
Super Team Camp #2 ~ August 2-6 $365 9am-3pm

Spirit Team & Gymnastics Class Camps
These Spirit Camps are for girls ages 5 & older, and they include all gymnasts within the class program and all of the Team Competitive levels. The gymnast will receive professional instruction in all Olympic events. This is a great start for the competitive gymnast to get a head start on their season. We focus on team work and positive re-enforcement as well as teaching the skills necessary for the upcoming season. It is focused but fun training for the class and team gymnasts. In our SPIRIT camp programs, the camper learns GYMNASTICS! We don’t have coloring time, or movie time. We may offer an optional wall rappelling course to improve confidence. Gymnasts bring their own lunch, drinks and snacks. There is a $5.00 per day fee for pre camp care for campers under the age of 11. There is an additional $10.00 per day for after camp care (under age 11) until practice (no later than 5:00 PM). Team members who stay for team practice need to bring dinner and eat before practice.

**REMINDER—ONE SUPER TEAM CAMP AND ONE OTHER TEAM CAMP is required for ALL Spirit Team Members USAG Level 4 and up. One Super Team Camp or SPIRIT Camp is required for Level 3 or 4 Novice team members. One team camp is strongly recommended for members of the Level 1 program. Team members are encouraged to go to more camps if they desire or feel that they would benefit from the additional instruction. See Mr. Spot for any questions.
