Dear PA Gymnastics
Team Family:
We are so
excited to be hosting the Keystone State Games this
May. Our committee has already worked many hours to
make
this an outstanding meet for gymnasts from
throughout the Commonwealth! Competition will be held
in levels
3
through 10. Please join us in this great
meet featuring an Opening Ceremonies with a torch run
through the area
community.
Winners of a Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal in the
Individual or Team competition will be eligible to
compete
in the State
Games of America in Colorado Springs, Colorado in August
2009.
Please join
us for the fun and excitement of the KSG and be part of
PA's largest Olympic-style Sports Festival while
qualifying
for the State
Games of America.

MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER MEET! |
|
|
The SPIRIT host families are bending over backwards to make this more
than just a meet. From the Opening Ceremonies to extra goodies and a
great souvenir program, they want to make this a meet for each gymnast
to remember. Please consider this meet to top off your long season
with the chance to earn an invitation to State Games of America 2009.
The opening ceremonies will be held on Saturday Morning between the
first and second session. Attendance is purely voluntary. For those
who cannot make it to the ceremony, you will get the chance to see a
video of the run before the start of all subsequent sessions.

TORCH RUNNERS NEEDED |
|
|
Each participating gymnastics team is encouraged to provide one (age 12
or up) team member to participate in the short final leg of the torch
run. They will not carry the torch, but it will
have the honor of escorting
the torch on the final leg of its journey. Won't you join us in this
fun activity?
