At Spirit Gymnastics, we have a qualified
coaching staff that follows a weekly syllabus
that keeps your child learning gymnastics at
the appropriate pace for their level.

Our equipment is specialized for your child's
basic gymnastics training needs.  We are
constantly updating and maintaining our
equipment for the best training and
safety for your child!

Preschool Classes ~
Ages 18 months through 5

Preschool Ages 2-3  ~   45 min
Preschool Ages 4-5 ~   45 min

Summer Preschool Times: * For open classes
Age 2-3 - Tues 9am 
Age 4-5 - Wed 10am

Our Preschool classes use equipment to better
fit the child's small hands and more.  We use the
proper equipment to train the smaller children
the correct way from the beginning to have a
strong base for their future.

Girls Classes ~ Ages 5 through 18

Beginner Classes  ~   55 min
Intermediate Classes  ~   55 min
Advanced Classes  ~   55 min
Level 1 ~ 55 min, 2x's per week (Pre-Team)

Summer Class Times: * For open classes
Beginner - Tues 4:30 (Ages 10+) , Tues 5:30pm
Intermediate - Mon 5:30pm, Thurs 5:30pm
Advanced - 6:30pm
