At Spirit Gymnastics, we have a qualified
coaching staff that follows a weekly syllabus
to keep your child's gymnastics training at
the appropriate pace for his or her level.

Our equipment is specialized for your child's
basic gymnastics training needs.  We are
constantly updating and maintaining our
equipment for the best training and
safety for your child!

Preschool Classes ~ Boys & Girls
Ages 18 months through 5

Preschool Ages 2-3  ~   45 min    5:1
Preschool Ages 3-4  ~   45 min    6:1
Preschool Ages 4-5 ~   45 min     7:1

Our Preschool classes use equipment to better
fit the child's small hands and bodies.  We use the
proper equipment to train the smaller children in
the correct way from the beginning to have a
strong base for their future.

Girl's Classes ~ Ages 5 through 14

Beginner Classes  ~   55 min    8:1
Intermediate Classes  ~   55 min    8:1
Advanced Classes  ~   55 min    8:1
Level 1 ~ 55 min, 2x's per week
